The patches are sent without tracking No by standard Priority Post mail. I have an upgrade shipping option if required at ordering in the cart.

HOW TO AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Care instructions are coming with your order. You can always sew on our patches besides using hook fasteners or ironing. This is a great way to keep your patch. Remember to wash items with embroidery in the mode up to 30 degrees, turning inside out, without drying in the washing machine.

Returns & Refunds
Please note: returns and exchanges are accepted for non-personalized and non-digital products within 14 days starting from the order arrival date. No additional cost for you if the product proved as originally dispatched broken. Please note: we check product quality and make photo fixation on every dispatched shipment. Returned products must be free of defects and unused. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund the price of the products within 14 days after the return has arrived to us.
As per legislation, the right of return does not apply to customized products such as custom-made embroidered items. But please contact us, we will try to find a solution 🤝.
