Embroidery on accessories — how it works
Each accessory type has its own optimal decoration approach. We advise based on the product and logo at mockup stage.
- Beanies. Embroidered patch applied to the front fold of the cuff. Patch sits flat on the knit and carries logo detail cleanly. Direct embroidery into knit fabric distorts the pattern — patch is the right approach for all but the simplest logos.
- Scarves. Embroidered patch applied near one end, or woven brand colours across the full scarf length. Small logo embroidery on corner also possible on woven scarves.
- Blankets. Embroidered patch applied to a corner of the blanket. Standard patch size 10×10cm or custom. Print-on-textile patch with embroidered border available for photographic or multi-colour designs.
- Ties. Embroidered brand mark or initials on the front blade of the tie, typically small — 3–5cm. Woven tie with colour stripe in company palette also available.

For most logos and text, an applied patch is the better approach on knit beanies. Direct embroidery into knit fabric causes the pattern to distort under the stitching. A patch applied to the front fold of the cuff gives a clean, stable result regardless of the logo complexity.
