Embroidered Office Shirts and Corporate Shirts for Teams

Custom embroidered corporate shirts, formal shirts with company logo. EU embroidery production. From 10 pieces.

From €30/unit at 25 pieces with chest embroidery or patch. Men’s, women’s, and unisex cuts. White and colour options from EU blank ranges.

Corporate shirts with embroidered logo — the formal face of team identity

When the context calls for something more formal than a polo but more practical than a suit, a corporate shirt with an embroidered logo is the solution most B2B teams land on. Office-facing roles, client meetings, reception desks, banking and financial services, real estate, insurance, legal — environments where the dress code is smart and the brand needs to be present without being loud.

We produce custom embroidered corporate shirts for teams across Europe — formal oxford shirts, twill shirts, broadcloth shirts, and smart casual options. Chest embroidery or patch. Men’s and women’s cuts available in the same order. White, pale blue, and other corporate colours from EU blank ranges.

Tell us the formality level, colour, cut, and quantity. We recommend the right shirt model and handle the rest.

Embroidery placement on office shirts

Corporate shirts are decorated more conservatively than polo shirts or workwear. The standard and most professional placement is the left chest — a small, precise logo or monogram at the breast pocket position. This is the standard across financial services, aviation, hospitality management, and client-facing professional roles across Europe.

  • Left chest direct embroidery (standard). Logo stitched directly into the shirt fabric. Clean, flat, professional. Most common for simple logos and text. Works well on smooth cotton and poplin.
  • Left chest patch. For logos with fine detail, gradients, or multiple colours that direct embroidery can’t render cleanly at small size. The patch sits flat on the shirt at the breast pocket position.
  • Cuff or collar embroidery. Available for monogram initials or very small brand marks. Quoted case-by-case.

We size the decoration to the shirt at mockup stage. Corporate shirt logos are typically kept small — 6–8cm wide — to maintain a professional proportion on the chest.

What is the minimum order for embroidered corporate shirts?

Minimum 10 pieces for custom colour, cut, or fabric. No stock shirts held by default — orders sourced from EU blank suppliers on request.

Where is the logo placed on a corporate shirt?

Standard position is the left chest — the breast pocket area. This is the professional standard across financial services, hospitality management, aviation, and client-facing roles. We size the logo to approximately 6–8cm wide at mockup stage to maintain correct proportion on the shirt.

Can corporate shirts be ordered in men’s and women’s cuts together?

Yes. Mixed-cut orders are standard. Same garment brand in men’s classic-fit and women’s fitted-shirt versions, ordered together. Confirm size mix at mockup approval stage.

Is direct chest embroidery or patch better for a corporate shirt?

For simple logos and text at small chest size, direct embroidery on smooth poplin or broadcloth gives a clean, professional result. For logos with fine detail, thin lines, or multiple colours that don’t render well at small scale in thread, a patch is better. We advise based on your specific logo at mockup stage.

How long does production take?

Standard production is 2–3 weeks from artwork approval and payment. EU tracked shipping adds 3–6 business days. Rush production available at +50% decoration cost — garment sourcing timeline is fixed.

Can shirts be reordered with the same setup?

Yes. Embroidery file and garment specification on record. Reorders run without setup costs, which is particularly useful for corporate clients who onboard new staff regularly.
