Patch-applied as the standard
We recommend embroidered patches applied to garments as our default approach. Cleaner detail, softer to skin and accurate inner garment backing, more stitch precision possible, consistent quality across the batch. Direct on-garment embroidery available when the design calls for it — we’re an in-house embroidery house with full capability either way.
EU production, clean paperwork
Embroidered in Finland, garments sourced from EU blank suppliers, VAT-invoice. Standard EU shipping tracked, usually 3–6 business days across the EU.
No minimum order
Popular stocked items orderable from 1 piece — black polo XL, black apron, black cap with embroidery. Custom team runs from 10 pieces. No “minimum 50” games, no “minimum 100” pressure. We’re set up for the 10–100 unit zone specifically.
How an order works
1. Modern Online Form. You input the product, quantity, colour preference, decoration placement, and logo file through our quote form.
2. Mockup. Within 1 business day we recommend the right garment with confirmed availability and timing, send a digital mockup showing your logo on the chosen product, and quote the exact price.
3. Approval. You confirm the mockup and final spec. Any changes happen at this stage — no surprises later.
4. Invoice. We issue the invoice. Prepayment is standard for custom-made items.
5. Production. Garments arrive at our facility, embroidered patches produced, decoration applied. Standard production time 2–3 weeks from artwork approval. Rush production available at +50% decoration cost (subject to blank availability).
6. Delivery. Shipped tracked across the EU, 3–6 business days usually.

Standard production is 2–3 weeks from artwork approval and payment, plus 3–6 business days EU tracked shipping. Rush production available at +50% on decoration cost, but only the decoration can be rushed — blank garment delivery times from EU suppliers are fixed.
We recommend applied patches in nearly all cases. The garment backing stays soft, more stitch detail is possible, the patch can be repositioned or moved to a replacement garment, and quality stays consistent across the batch. Direct on-garment embroidery is available when the design is simple — text, traditional uniform-style logos — and we’re equally capable either way as a full in-house embroidery house.
We don’t ship samples by default. Instead, we can stitch out the embroidery sample or we can send a detailed video of the in-stock sample held at our facility, so you can see the exact model you’ll receive. For orders of 50 units or more, a physical sample can be sent — paid at 3x the unit price in advance, credited against the final order if it proceeds.
In our production facility in Finland. We’re a real embroidery house — patches and direct on-garment embroidery are produced in-house, large volumes can be rarely subcontracted, still in the EU. Garments are sourced from EU blank suppliers and shipped to our facility, decorated here, then shipped out across the EU.
All prices on our pages are B2B net prices with VAT 0% applied for EU businesses with a valid VAT number. Provide your VAT number at quote stage and the invoice is issued reverse-charge per standard EU B2B practice. Without a VAT number, your country VAT applies.
Reorders are the easiest order to place. Your embroidery file is on record, garment specification is documented, and we can run a top-up at any quantity without redoing setup work. Repeat orders are how most of our client relationships work.
Yes — neutral packaging on request, no Mottopatch material included in the shipment, invoice issued to the agency. Available on request, no extra charge.
A vector logo (SVG, AI, EPS) is ideal but not required. PNG and high-resolution JPG work for most cases. If your logo needs adjustment for embroidery — and we’ll tell you honestly if it does — our designer can rework it. Digitising fee for embroidery applies on orders below 50 pcs and ranges from €20 to €70 depending on design complexity. Print-on-textile patches don’t carry a digitising fee.
