Branded safety workwear — visible on site, compliant with EN ISO standards

Safety workwear carries a practical requirement that other garments don’t — ISO certification for high-visibility clothing. Adding a logo to certified PPE must not compromise the reflective tape coverage or the fluorescent area that qualifies the garment for its safety class.

The cleanest solution is an applied patch. A patch sits on the chest or back of the hi-vis vest without interrupting reflective tape runs. It adds clear company branding without direct embroidery that could distort the reflective material or require backing that affects garment structure.

We produce branded PPE and safety workwear for construction teams, logistics companies, event staff, security personnel, road maintenance crews, and facility operators — from 10 pieces, sourced from EU PPE suppliers, embroidered in Finland.

What you choose, what we handle

You choose:

  • Garment type — hi-vis vest (EN ISO 20471 Class 2 or 3), hi-vis jacket, softshell safety jacket, or non-certified branded workwear jacket
  • Safety class — Class 2 (vest, standard site use) or Class 3 (full jacket, higher visibility requirement)
  • Colour — yellow and orange as standard for certified PPE; any colour for non-certified workwear
  • Patch placement — chest front (standard), back upper, or both
  • Quantity — from 10 pieces

We handle:

  • Recommending the right PPE model and safety class for your use case
  • Advising on patch placement that does not affect EN ISO certification
  • EU blank supplier sourcing for certified PPE garments
  • Patch production and application in our Finnish atelier
  • Quality check before shipment
  • EU tracked shipping, B2B invoice with VAT 0% for valid VAT numbers

Why patches are the right choice for PPE branding

Direct embroidery on certified hi-vis garments carries risk. The backing material used under direct embroidery can reduce garment flexibility and, in some cases, affect the certified reflective surface if placed near tape lines. For clients in regulated industries where PPE compliance is audited, this creates unnecessary liability.

An applied patch eliminates these issues. The patch is produced separately on a stable base, applied in a position that preserves reflective tape layout, and adds no backing to the garment itself. The garment’s EN ISO certification remains valid. The brand is visible, clean, and professional.

  • Front chest patch (standard). Placed in the chest area between reflective tape horizontal runs. Up to 10k stitches.
  • Back upper patch. Applied above the back reflective tape bands. Large-format option for company name and logo.
  • High-detail patch up to 20k stitches. For complex logos or multi-colour detail. Available for both chest and back positions.

We confirm patch placement against the specific garment model before production. Mockup shows exact position relative to reflective tape.

Who orders branded PPE and safety workwear from us

Construction and civil engineering teams. Site staff, project managers, and subcontractors who need certified hi-vis with company identification. Often ordered alongside embroidered fleece jackets and polos for a complete site uniform.

Logistics and delivery companies. Warehouse staff, dock workers, and delivery drivers who operate in environments requiring Class 2 or Class 3 visibility.

Event and festival production crews. Production staff, marshals, and volunteer coordinators who need to be identifiable. Often non-certified branded workwear rather than PPE — we advise based on the requirement.

Security and guard services. Branded vests and jackets for security personnel who need clear company identification without sacrificing professional appearance.

Can you add a logo to certified hi-vis PPE without affecting the safety rating?

Yes, using an applied patch. The patch is placed in a chest or back position that preserves reflective tape layout and fluorescent area coverage. We confirm placement against the specific garment model before production. Direct embroidery on certified PPE is not recommended as backing material can affect garment structure and compliance.

What is the difference between Class 2 and Class 3 hi-vis garments?

EN ISO 20471 Class 2 covers vests and waistcoats — sufficient for most general construction and logistics environments. Class 3 requires full sleeve coverage and higher total reflective tape area — required for road workers, traffic management, and higher-risk site environments. We advise based on your specific requirement.

What is the minimum order for branded hi-vis and safety workwear?

Minimum 10 pieces. No stock items held in PPE by default — all orders sourced on request from EU PPE blank suppliers.

Can logos be placed on both the front and back of a hi-vis vest?

Yes. Front chest patch and back upper patch can both be applied. We confirm that back placement sits above the reflective tape bands. Mockup shows exact position relative to the tape layout before production.

Do you supply non-certified branded workwear jackets?

Yes. Not all site workwear requires EN ISO 20471 certification. For environments where hi-vis is preferred but not legally mandated, we supply branded softshell jackets, work jackets, and functional outerwear without certification requirements. These allow more decoration flexibility.

How long does production take for branded PPE?

Standard production is 2–3 weeks from artwork approval and payment. EU tracked shipping adds 3–6 business days. Rush production at +50% decoration cost — garment sourcing timeline is fixed.
