Embroidered Caps and Baseball Hats for Teams

Custom embroidered baseball caps 6 panel and 5-panel caps for teams, events, and uniforms. EU production.

From €17/unit at 25 pieces with front embroidery. Black caps and custom colours and styles from 10 pieces.

Custom embroidered caps — one size, no size mix headache, instant brand visibility

A branded cap solves the size problem that trips up most team apparel orders. One size fits most adults with an adjustable strap — no sizing chart to circulate, no XS-versus-XXL spreadsheet to manage. For events, giveaways, outdoor crew kits, and welcome packages, this makes caps the most frictionless branded apparel item to order.

We produce custom embroidered caps for European teams — baseball caps, 5-panel caps, structured 6-panel caps, and trucker-style caps. Basic and premium tiers. Front decoration only — either a patch applied to the front panel or direct front embroidery. Embroidered in our Finnish atelier.

Tell us the style, colour, and whether you want a basic or premium cap. We recommend the specific model and handle the rest.

What you choose, what we handle

You choose:

  • Style — 5-panel (flat front, modern), 6-panel baseball (structured, classic), or trucker cap (mesh back)
  • Tier — basic (lighter, event giveaway quality) or heavyweight premium (structured, stiff front, long-wear quality)
  • Colour — black, beige, navy in stock; any other from EU blank ranges
  • Decoration — front patch (default) or direct front embroidery
  • Quantity — from 10 pieces on custom orders

We handle:

  • Recommending the specific cap model for your use case and quantity
  • Confirming stock availability with EU blank supplier
  • Mockup showing logo on the cap front panel
  • Embroidery production in our Finnish atelier
  • Quality check and EU tracked shipping
  • B2B invoice with VAT 0% for valid EU VAT numbers

Front patch or direct front embroidery on caps

Both work well on caps and we recommend based on the design. Front panel only — no side, back, or brim embroidery offered.

  • Front patch (default). Embroidered patch applied to the front panel. Best for complex logos, fine detail, small text, and multi-colour designs. The patch sits cleanly on the structured front panel without disturbing the cap’s shape.
  • Direct front embroidery. Logo stitched directly into the front panel. Works for bold, simple logos and classic text-based monograms. Traditional baseball cap look. Slightly lower cost on simple designs.
  • High-detail front patch up to 20k stitches. For detailed artwork, photography-adjacent designs, or logos with multiple small elements.
  • Print-on-textile patch with embroidered border. For photographic or full-colour designs on cap fronts. No digitising fee.

What is the minimum order for custom embroidered caps?

No minimum on stocked black caps — orderable from 1 piece for fast turnaround. For custom colour, specific cap model, or heavyweight premium tier, minimum is 10 pieces.

What is the difference between a 5-panel and 6-panel cap?

A 6-panel cap has six fabric panels with a seam running down the centre of the front — the classic baseball cap shape. The structured front panel holds shape well and provides a solid embroidery surface. A 5-panel cap has a flat, seamless front panel with no centre seam — giving a cleaner, more modern look and a smooth, uninterrupted surface for logo placement. We recommend based on your brand aesthetic and use case.

Basic cap or heavyweight premium — which should I choose?

Basic caps are lighter construction — good for event giveaways, high-quantity promotional runs, and short-term use where unit price matters more than longevity. Premium heavyweight caps have a stiffer structured front, denser fabric, and hold their shape through extended use — better for club kits, uniforms, and items people will wear regularly over a long period. We recommend based on your budget and intended use.

What sizes do the caps come in?

One size fits most adults — all caps have an adjustable strap closure (snapback, buckle, or velcro depending on model). No size mix to manage and no sizing chart to circulate to the team. This is one of the main practical advantages of caps over other team apparel.

Can caps be ordered in non-standard colours?

Yes. EU cap blank ranges cover most colours including company brand shades. If you need a specific Pantone match, send the reference at quote stage and we’ll find the closest available cap. For very specific colour requirements, we advise honestly on the closest available match rather than overpromising.

Is embroidery available on the side or back of the cap?

No — we offer front panel decoration only. Side and back embroidery on caps is operationally complex and rarely improves the result for B2B team use. The front panel is where the brand gets seen and recognised. Keeping decoration focused there ensures quality and consistent production across the batch.

How long does production take for embroidered caps?

Standard production is 2–3 weeks from artwork approval and payment. EU tracked shipping adds 3–6 business days. Rush production available at +50% on decoration cost — blank cap delivery from the supplier is fixed and cannot be rushed.

Can we see a sample cap before ordering the full batch?

We send a detailed video of the in-stock sample cap showing the model and how the embroidery sits on the front panel. For orders of 50+ units, a physical sample can be sent at 3x the unit price in advance, credited against the final order if it proceeds.

Do you accept reorders on caps?

Yes. Cap reorders are among the fastest orders we process. Embroidery file, cap specification, and decoration setup are on record. Top-up orders run without setup costs and typically faster than the original production run.
