Branded aprons and chef shirts — the front-of-house uniform that carries your brand

An apron is the most visible piece of branded uniform in a hospitality or food service setting. It’s what guests see when staff arrive at a table, reach over a counter, or work at a coffee station. A clean, well-made apron with a properly embroidered logo does the work of brand communication without a word spoken.

We produce embroidered aprons and chef shirts for restaurants, cafés, hotels, spas, dental and aesthetics clinics, ateliers, florists, and craft trades across Europe. Canvas, cotton, and cotton-twill fabrics that survive commercial laundry. Bib aprons, waist aprons, and bistro-style half-aprons — all available with chest embroidery and optional individual staff names.

Tell us colour, apron style, and whether individual names are needed. We recommend the right model and handle the rest.

What you choose, what we handle

You choose:

  • Style — bib apron (chest + waist coverage), waist apron, or bistro half-apron
  • Fabric — canvas (structured, heavy-duty), cotton twill (softer drape), or cotton-poly blend

  • Decoration — chest embroidery or patch (approx 15×9cm working area)
  • Individual names — optional, +€7 per unit embroidered
  • Quantity — from 1 piece on stocked black bib apron, from 10 pieces on custom orders

Chef shirts available on request. White, black, and coloured chef coats with chest embroidery or patch. Minimum 10 pieces. Quoted individually based on style and fabric.

Patch applied or direct embroidery on aprons

Canvas and cotton twill aprons handle both decoration methods well. Our default for most apron orders is a patch applied to the chest — it gives cleaner logo detail, especially for complex logos and small text. Direct embroidery works well on smooth cotton twill for simple logos and text-only designs.

  • Chest patch (default). Up to 10k stitches, approximately 15×9cm working area. Sits cleanly on the apron front.
  • High-detail chest patch. Up to 20k stitches for complex logos or fine detail work.
  • Direct chest embroidery. Stitched directly into the apron fabric. Works well on smooth cotton twill. Slightly lower cost on simple designs.
  • Individual name embroidery. +€7 per unit. Name embroidered directly below or adjacent to the logo. Send the name list at order placement.
  • Print-on-textile patch with embroidered border. For designs with photographic detail or full-colour artwork. No digitising fee.

Send your brief. We come back within 1 business day with an apron recommendation, digital mockup, and exact price.

What is the minimum order for embroidered aprons?

No minimum on the stocked black bib apron — orderable from 1 piece. For custom colour, style, or fabric, minimum is 10 pieces.

Can we put individual staff names on each apron?

Yes — popular for restaurant and café staff. €7 per apron for an embroidered name. Send the list of names at order placement stage. Names are embroidered directly on the apron front, sized and positioned to sit cleanly with the main logo.

What size is the chest embroidery area on an apron?

Approximately 15×9cm. This fits most business logos, restaurant names, and logo plus tagline combinations cleanly. We size the design to the apron at mockup stage so it sits proportionally.

Are the aprons machine washable?

Yes — designed for daily commercial laundry. Canvas and cotton twill survive standard 40–60°C washing without significant shrinkage. Embroidered patches and direct embroidery hold up well through repeated industrial washing.

Bib apron or waist apron — which is more common for restaurant orders?

Bib aprons are the most ordered — larger embroidery area, better coverage for front-of-house staff, more visible branding. Waist aprons work well for bar staff, baristas, and roles where arm movement matters more than coverage.

Do you produce chef shirts or chef coats?

Yes, on request. Chef shirts and coats available in white, black, and other colours with chest embroidery or patch. Minimum 10 pieces. Quoted individually based on style and fabric. Include this in your brief when filling the form.

Do you accept reorders on aprons?

Yes. Reorders are common for hospitality clients replacing worn aprons or outfitting new staff. Embroidery file, garment specification, and decoration setup are on record. Top-up orders run quickly with no setup costs.
