We ship internationally from Finland where we are located. EU customers from countries where we managed to update our shipping processes in line with recent packaging country-level requirements and regulations can order the patches directly on this site (you can see the available countries in the Cart while choosing ship-to address country). The US, UK, Canada, Australia and other countries are welcome to order via our Etsy corner (click the link, will open in a new tab) due to international trade regulations. We are constantly working on giving our international customers ability to order custom-made patches at reasonable pricing from any corner of the world. Sometimes it’s tough for a small business, thanks for your patience and understanding 🤝!

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days for non-customized items. Please note as per legislation customized embroidery (including patches and other embroidered personalized items) is not subject to return. To return your product, you should mail your product to agreed address.

Wholesale discount for patches is applied automatically any 10+ pcs in the Cart. For orders 50+ pcs please contact us. And yes, we work with business customers and issue invoices. If you order patches for your company uniform this can be probably considered as a business expense – please consult with your tax advisor.

2. Orders and Acceptance

2.1. All orders are subject to acceptance by Mottopatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2.2. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1. All prices on the Website are in EUR and include taxes unless otherwise specified.

3.2. Payment must be made at the time of placing the order. For Business customers payment can be done later by Invoice, but the embroidery and digitizing service starts after we receive the payment.

4. Shipping

4.1. We offer free shipment on all orders. Orders below 50 EUR are shipped by untrackable Priority Post service, orders 50 – 150 EUR are shipped with tracking number if requested by customer (cost of service plus 11 EUR), orders above 150 EUR are shipped with tracking number (we pay this extra cost, free for customers).

4.2. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. We will provide an estimated delivery date, but we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

5. Right of Return

5.1. Non-Customized Products: You have the right to return non-customized products within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

5.2. Customized Products: Customized products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

When we are creating a program for our machine to embroider your custom design we consider this program our intellectual property as we contribute our knowledge and experience into crafting proper embroidery machine programs. We are not sending you the original embroidery files, but you can use them anytime when ordering patches at Mottopatch with no extra costs for every next order of the same design. We keep your designs safe and use them exclusively for your orders.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mottopatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Website or Products.
