Returns & Refunds
Please note: returns and exchanges are accepted for non-personalized and non-digital products within 14 days starting from the order arrival date. No additional cost for you if the product proved as originally dispatched broken. Please note: I check product quality and make photo fixation on every dispatched shipment. Returned products must be free of defects and unused. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. I will refund the price of the products within 14 days after the return has arrived to me.
As per legislation, the right of return does not apply to customized products such as custom-made embroidered items. But please contact me, I will try to find a solution 🤝.

How to iron on an embroidered patch:

1. Start by preheating the glue side of the patch using a hairdryer. Also, preheat the iron to the Synthetic setting.
2. Position the patch in the desired location and cover it with a thin piece of light cotton fabric.
3. Place the iron on top of the fabric-covered patch and apply firm pressure with your weight for 30-40 seconds. Avoid moving the iron.
4. Flip the garment and iron the inner side of the patch for an additional 20-30 seconds.
5. Allow the patch to cool down for 2-3 hours.
6. While ironing is an option, we recommend sewing on patches as it is still the most reliable way to keep them securely in place.
7. For delicate fabrics, sewing is the preferred method. Iron-on patches work best with materials like cotton and denim.
8. Remember to wash items with embroidery in the mode up to 30 degrees, turning inside out, without drying in the washing machine.

The patches are usually sent without tracking No by standard Priority Post mail. If you need a registered shipment with tracking, this will cost extra 8eur for EU and 16e for other countries, so we normally dispatch with standard priority.
